Incorrect or Changing Delivery Address
We understand that sometimes your delivery address may need to be updated. Here’s what to do if you need to change it or if you’ve entered it incorrectly.
1. Update Your Delivery Address in Your Account
You can manage your addresses quickly through your account:
- Log into your account.
- Select Profile from your account dashboard.
- Scroll down to Addresses.
- From here, you can:
- Add a new address
- Delete an old address
- Select your default address
💡 Tip: If you no longer live at an address, we recommend removing it from your account to avoid accidental deliveries.
2. Scheduled Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, deliveries are processed automatically at 3:00 AM on the scheduled date.
Key Points:
- If you notice your address is incorrect, you must update it before the order processes.
- If you need assistance or cannot update in time, contact us at [email protected] and include your correct address and order number - this helps us investigate immediately.
- Once the order has processed, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
💡 Tip: Always check your billing reminder email 3 days before your subscription order - this is your chance to confirm or update details.
3. First / One-Off Orders
- There is a very small window to amend your address, but it is not guaranteed.
- If your order has already been processed and cannot be updated, you can use the tracking number provided to track your order and divert it to a pick-up location if needed.

- Include your order number - this allows us to investigate immediately.
