Billing Reminder Emails
We want to make sure you always have time to manage your subscription before your order is processed. Here’s how our billing reminders work and what to do if you don’t receive them.
How We Notify You
- We send a billing reminder email 3 days before your next order.
- This is sent to the email address you used when setting up your subscription.
- The reminder gives you enough time to make changes, such as updating your delivery date, skipping, or pausing your order.
If You Haven’t Received a Reminder
If you don’t see your billing reminder email:
- Double-check that you are checking the correct email account linked to your subscription.
- Check your Junk/Spam folder - sometimes emails can land there.
- Add [email protected] to your contact list to ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.
Important Timing Notes
- Once your order has been processed on the morning of the scheduled date, we cannot make any changes or cancel it.
- That’s why the 3-day reminder is sent - so you have time to update your subscription before processing.
