Cancelling Orders

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we want to make it as easy as possible to cancel an order. The process differs depending on whether your order is a subscription order or a first/one-off order, so please read carefully.


1. Scheduled Subscription Orders

If you have a subscription, your orders are processed automatically at 3:00 AM on the scheduled date. Processing orders this early ensures subscribers get priority handling - one of the benefits of subscribing.


Key Points:

  • Billing reminder emails are sent 3 days before your order. This gives you time to make changes or cancel.
  • Once a subscription order has processed at 3:00 AM, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
  • To cancel or make changes, you must do so before the scheduled processing time.


💡 Tip: Make sure your billing reminder email is active and check your inbox (or spam folder) so you don’t miss this window.


2. First/One-Off Orders

For first or one-off orders, there is a very small window to cancel or amend your order.


Key Points:

  • Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
  • Once the order enters processing, it cannot be stopped or amended.


💡 Tip: If you need to cancel a regular order, contact our customer care team as soon as possible with your order details - the sooner, the better.
