How to Cancel Your Subscription
We get it - circumstances change, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel.
*Cancellations must be made before your next order processes. Subscription cancellations requested the same day an order is processed will not stop that order from processing. We send a billing reminder email 3 days before your next order to allow time for cancellations or changes to be made.
You can always delay or skip orders through your account, but if you need to cancel completely, here’s how to do it in just a few steps:
Step 1: Log into Your Account
- Go to the website and click Log in.
- Enter the email address and password you used to place your order.
Step 2: Cancel Your Subscription
- Click on "Personal details".
Step 4: Complete Cancellation
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Cancel.
- Follow the cancellation flow all the way through until you receive confirmation.
*Not sure what your options are? Select "Talk to us" and submit a ticket to our Customer Experience Team who will be able to advise you further.
💡 Important:
- Make sure you complete the full cancellation process - if you stop partway, your subscription may remain active.
- Once cancelled, your subscription will no longer generate future orders.
