How to Manage Your Subscription
You can easily manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account. This includes changing your delivery date, frequency, skipping an order, adding products, or cancelling.
Follow the steps below 👇
Step 1: Log into Your Account
- Go to the website and click Log in.
- Enter the email address and password you used to place your order.
Step 2: Go to Subscriptions
- Once logged in, select Subscriptions from your account dashboard.
- You’ll see all active subscriptions linked to your account.
Step 3: Select “Manage”
- Find the subscription you would like to change.
- Click Manage next to that subscription.
From here you can view:
- Your next delivery date
- Your delivery frequency
You’ll also see two main options:
Add products or Manage.
Step 4: Choose What You’d Like to Do
Send It Now
If you select Send it now, this will generate an order immediately.
⚠️ Important:
- Please do not select this twice.
- When you refresh the page you will see the next billing date as the next order in your subscription so if your frequency is 4 weeks the date will be 4 weeks later - you do not need to do anything the order will still be processed immediately.
If you’d like to change when your next order arrives:
- Click Reschedule
- Update:
- Your delivery frequency, or
- Your next billing date
⚠️ Important:
- If you change the frequency this will not automatically change the next billing date, you will need to manually select the next billing date you would like this to be.
Skip, Pause or Cancel
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find these options:
- Skip – miss the next delivery only
- Pause – pause for either 4 or 8 weeks (not indefinitely)
- Cancel – end your subscription completely
