How to Pause Your Subscription

You can pause your subscription at any time directly from your account. This is a temporary pause, not indefinite - you will be prompted to select a pause length of 4 or 8 weeks.

Step 1: Log into Your Account

• Go to the website and click Log in.
• Enter the email address and password you used to place your order.

Step 2: Access Your Subscriptions

• From your account dashboard, select Subscriptions.
• You will see a list of all active subscriptions linked to your account.

Step 3: Manage Your Subscription

• Find the subscription you want to pause.
• Click Manage next to it.

Step 4: Pause Your Subscription

• Scroll to the bottom of the subscription page.
• Click Pause.
• You will be prompted to select a pause length:
  • 4 weeks
  • 8 weeks

💡 Important:

• This pause is temporary. After the selected period ends, your subscription will automatically resume.
