Managing your payment details and understanding how billing works is quick and easy through your account. Here’s everything you need to know.
Updating Your Payment Method
- Log into your account.
- Select “Profile” from your account area.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to view your current payment methods.
- From here, you can:
- Edit an existing payment method
- Add a new payment method
- Remove a payment method
💡 Tip: Make sure your card details are up to date to avoid any disruption to your subscription.
What Happens if a Payment Fails
- If a payment fails on a subscription, we will automatically attempt to process it every 2 days.
- After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the payment will not be processed, and the subscription will default to the next scheduled order.
If You Want the Payment Processed Sooner
If a payment has failed and you’ve updated your details, but would like the payment to be processed the next day:

Common Causes of Payment Failure
- Insufficient funds on the account
- Expired or outdated card
- Incorrect card details
