UK Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely happy, here’s how our UK returns and exchanges work.

Refunds

• You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days for a refund.
• Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a £3.50 return fee.

Exchanges

• We now offer exchanges for items of equal value.
• Items must be returned within 14 days using our Returns Portal.
• Items must be unused and unopened.

Gift Cards / Store Credit

• Returns for gift cards or store credit can be made within 30 days.
• Standard return conditions apply - items must be unused.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

• If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please email us at [email protected].
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
• Our customer support team will guide you on the next steps.

Partial Returns of a Bundle

• If you return part of a bundle, your refund will be calculated as if you paid full price for the items you kept.

Example:

• Buying a bundle of 3 proteins and returning 2 → your refund reflects the full non-bundle price of the 1 protein you kept.
