Is this product safe during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or TTC?
Every journey is personal so we always recommend speaking with your GP or healthcare provider for peace of mind before adding any new supplements to your routine.
As a general rule, avoid our Multivitamin with Collagen and anything containing Vitamin A during pregnancy.
Can I take this with my medications?
We’re not able to give advice around medications, so it’s best to check with your GP before starting anything new. If you need any specific info on our products, please pop us an email and we'll be happy to assist in any way we can!
Is this product suitable for men?
While our range is designed with women in mind, men can absolutely take our products too! (and do!).
I have PCOS — can I use these supplements?
Our products are formulated to support women’s wellbeing. While we can't offer medical advice, many customers with PCOS do take them, and we'd recommend taking a look at some of our reviews. However, if you have any concerns, your GP is the best person to speak with.
Can I combine different products safely?
Yes! Most of our products are safe to take together.
A few combinations to note:
Magnesium 4-in-1 and CortiSoul: take 24 hours apart
Protein, Perimenopause &/or Multivitamin with Marine Collagen should be taken 24 hours apart.
What if I forgot to take my supplement?
No stress — just continue as normal when you next would. We don’t recommend doubling up.
Do your products interfere with the pill or cause false positive pregnancy tests?
All of our products are naturally sourced, and should not interfere with the pill, you can double check with your doctor to be certain. Additionally, none of our products contain hormones and therefore will not be the cause of a false positive pregnancy test result.
