Can I take this with my medications? We&#x2019;re not able to give advice around medications, so it&#x2019;s best to check with your GP before starting anything new. While our range is designed with women in mind, men can absolutely take our products too! (and do!). I have PCOS &#x2014; can I use these supplements? Our products are formulated to support women&#x2019;s wellbeing. While we can&apos;t offer medical advice, many customers with PCOS do take them, and we&apos;d recommend taking a look at some of our reviews. However, if you have any concerns, your GP is the best person to speak with. Can I combine different products safely? Yes! Most of our products are safe to take together.
